Is just seconds walk from Villa Gecko (less than 330 feet or 100 meters) to the beach. Villa Gecko is in the beach-front gated villa community of Bahia de Arena.
Bahia de Arena is a community of 18 villas built on the sand dunes next to the beach. It is less than 1 mile West of Cabarete town center.
The vacation rental villa is very close to the beach and away from the noise of the main Cabarete road.

Villa Gecko is located in the center of Cabarete beach, less than 15 minutes walk along the beach from Cabarete and a few seconds walk from the best Kite surfing and Windsurfing location on Cabarete's famous beach. Sail straight to the reef and surf the waves.

Your vacation villa is the perfect place to sit in shade or sun and relax and enjoy your holiday.

This Cabarete vacation rental Villa has a large living room, dining area and kitchen.

The villa's living room has a 29 inch TV, Cable, 5.1 Channel HiFi-Home-Theater, CD/DVD player, IPod Hook-up and wireless internet.

A new fully equipped Kitchen with hand-made walnut cabinets, granite work tops, inset gas hob, built-in gas-oven & microwave oven.

Outside there is a large gas barbeque.

Three double bedrooms with AC, if you use only two bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom shares the second bathroom.

Outside the villa, a huge veranda overlooks the garden and pool. Sit in the shade on the veranda or in the sun around the pool.

The newly constructed swimming pool has a solar powered pool pump, that runs throughout the daylight hours to keep the water clean at all times, the pool is cleaned daily.

The pool is 28 feet * 20 feet (8 meters * 6 meters)

There is maid service on a daily basis (except Sunday), all towels and linen are provided.

An onsite management office provides information, tour bookings and currency / travelers check exchange.

At a small extra charge: Laundry Service, a Cook and a Nanny to look after the children.

The villa is available for rent on a weekly basis. Example prices are 800 - 1,800 USD per week depending on the season.
